Her years of experience began with her various stints of individual practice in the U.S.A, setting up of and running the nutrition departments of Golds Gyms in Bangalore and then moved onto her identifying and molding her brand “Anupama Menon” and founding the company “Right Living” that works exclusively for corporates. She has also worked across organisations like McDonald's, Britannia, Kwality Walls, Gold's Gym, Consulting & Counselling both in India and abroad.

Anupama’s individual practice which started off modestly in Bangalore with a small segment of clients in 2010, today expands across the globe with over 5000 clients in India, Australia, USA, UK, HongKong, Singapore & UAE. She runs her practice out of Bangalore and Mumbai, while her team of 15 nutritionists and supervisors executes well defined programs across India to various corporates, Goldman Sachs, Northern Trust, Snap Fitness, Ernst & Young to name a few.
Subbalakshmi is an accomplished management professional with over 20 years of business management, strategic planning, business-expansion, transformation & transition. With vast experience in leading large-scale projects, constantly evolving and executing business processes, managing diverse global teams, she has a deep understanding of driving customer support, shared services and aligning workforce capabilities and delivery processes. Over the 29 years of her professional life, she has ably scaled businesses and teams using the right operating levers and bringing people on to the same page.
Currently, Subba dons multiple hats, she manages the business aspect and operations in Right Living Corporate along with being an organizational consultant with Above N Beyond.
